It's a social engineering trick, fooling Facebook users. Facebook provides each user with a unique email address that can be used to set your Facebook status or upload photos via email. So, some smart guys are using this trick and taking advantage of this.

First the attacker will send you a URL (https://m.facebook.com/upload.php?email&_rdr) this url takes you to a new page and ask to upload any photo or video mobile version.
Secondly as you can see its shows your unique Facebook Email on page, the attacker tries to fool you and he asks for that email address.

Please don’t share this email address. Sending  this Email address, the attacker can put a new status on your Facebook profile without any authentication.

Be safe, be Secure and if you get through fooling your friends with this trick. Then, well done.

Note: If you have shared your unique email address you can reset it.

Open Facebook Mobile.
Select Find out more under Upload via Email.
